New Webinar-based Intro to HOP course is now available. Starts 23 March and 30 March at 13:00, runs daily for 90 mins. See below for more details.
This course provides attendees with an overview of what Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) is about and how you can use it immediately on return to the workspace.
The topics covered include The Theory of Human Performance and the Drift Model; Human Error and the W.I.T.H. model; Error Prevention Tools and Techniques; and Courageous Leadership.
You will leave with an understanding of how HOP can improve your profit margin and a selection of practical tools and techniques which will help you get started.
Feedback from previous courses has been excellent as most participants had never considered these concepts before and most attendees engage with Paradigm afterwards to work together to solve their H&OP issues.
Face-to-face: 28 May 2020, Birmingham
Online/Webinar-based classes will start in the near future and run daily for five days.
Both cost £95+VAT
This two-day course providing you with the skills and knowledge to competently conduct investigations into minor incidents in the workplace, or be a member of a larger team investigating major or catastrophic events.
We know that when the worst things happen, even the best organisations don't see them coming. Everything looks so obvious from the wrong side of an incident but why do the best people make mistakes? Why do organisations with great reputations and even greater processes and procedures seem to have the most catastrophic unwanted events? And why to do those same things seem to happen again and again and again?
Our model brings the best practice from many of the qualifications we have gained over the years and combines them into a unique process, which helps you to step through an investigation with confidence, right from beginning to end.
Next Class: 19 - 20 May 2020, Bristol.
Many talk about high performance team development but this training and coaching programme really delivers. It does this by combining simulation-based experiential learning with a proven record in moving teams from Kirkpatrick Level 1 to Level 3, and cutting edge scientific research to develop highly effective teams and leaders.
Teams take time to evolve and while we can't promise to give you the A-Team at the end of the course, this course accelerates your development by using facilitators who have personal experience in domains where effective teamwork was literally the difference between life and death and giving you the tools to take away to improve your teams right now.
