Fiona's role at Paradigm Human Performance + Shane Bush is Independent Oversight of Training Delivery Standards and Quality.

She loves Leadership and Management Development, and Team Building. Her goals are to help businesses and individuals thrive through training, development, coaching and HR support.

Fiona is a trained Coach, CIPD qualified (CMCIPD) and has a BSc(Hons) and a HOP Practitioner Certificate from completing the Shane Bush course.
