Phil is fascinated by 'what makes people tick' and is passionate to help individuals and teams work more effectively and be their best selves. He is an experienced leader, manager and facilitator of training.

Phil has conducted training in Human Factors and non-technical skills for over 20 years as well as Leadership (MSc), team building, psychometrics and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He has been a manager and conducted performance coaching at an executive, organisational and individual level.

Phil spent 33 years in the Royal Air Force as a front-line helicopter pilot which included many demanding, high-tempo operational roles and the training of crews. His passion for leadership and coaching led him to train officer cadets at the RAF College Cranwell where he eventually became Deputy Commander of the officer training unit. Phil concluded his RAF service as the Air Safety Manager for The Red Arrows aerobatic team. He uses a human-centric approach, combined with his experience in safety management, leadership and Human Factors to develop leaders, teams and organisations to be safer, more efficient while improving both performance and working relationships.

Phil enjoys camping, DIY and is restoring a classic Fiat Spider.
