Scott started his career working in the construction industry as a site engineer and after an incident which could easily have detrimentally changed his world, he became passionate and determined to make a difference.

Experience:
Scott worked for a health & safety consultancy on projects with major UK contractors including on new build universities, hospitals, the Tate Gallery, Seven Power Project CCGT power station and many more. He then worked for EDF on their coal fired power stations in a health and safety role which then developed into a Human Performance Lead role. He then transferred across to support Nuclear Generation as a Human Performance Lead which also included being EDF's representative at the UK Nuclear Human Performance Forum.
He then went to work for one of the UK's largest equipment hire companies as a Regional Safety Manager where is work included the reinvigoration of their manual handling processes, creating another H&S reporting database and attending board meetings on behalf of the Director for Safety.
He joined Paradigm as the HSSEQ Manager where he has built their integrated management system which is now ISO accredited, He supports the health and wellbeing of the workforce and the systems that Paradigm uses to function.
