Our terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from us.

1. Event Cancellations

This policy defines how event and training course cancellations are handled and covers cancellation by Paradigm Human Performance Ltd, minimum participation enrolment, cancellation by registrant, and venue cancellation.

1.1 Cancellation of Event by Paradigm Human Performance Ltd

It is our intent to avoid cancellation or rescheduling of any events, however regrettably circumstances occasionally require us to cancel or reschedule.

Open events are dependent upon the enrolment of a minimum number of delegates, where the minimum number has not been achieved, Paradigm Human Performance Ltd reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event.

Events will be cancelled no less than 15 working days before the scheduled start date. Cancellation notices will be sent by email, to the email address provided at the time of booking. If an event is cancelled by Paradigm Human Performance Ltd, delegates will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer the funds to another event, scheduled within the year.

Given the unlikely circumstances of us having to cancel or reschedule seminars please consider this when arranging travel. Paradigm Human Performance Ltd is not liable for any expenses incurred by delegates due to re-scheduling or cancellation of travel arrangements and accommodation.

1.2 Cancellation of place by Customer

Cancellations must be notified in writing, by email to

All events have limited seating, therefore, if you cannot attend please allow for other customers to participate by cancelling your booking at the earliest possible date.

Customers who cancel more than 45 days before the start date of the event will receive a full refund or a credit to another event scheduled within the year.

Customers who cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start date of the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be credited to any other event fee.

Customers who cancel less than 20 days before the start date of the event or who fail to attend without notice, will be charged a fee of 100% of the price of the course. This fee is not refundable and cannot be credited to any other event fee.

Customers may choose to send someone else in their place who is not already registered for the event. Please contact to change a delegate's details free of charge.

2. Payments

2.1 Currencies

We accept payment in £ Great British Pound Sterling. However, we can accept other currencies please contact us to discuss this.

2.2 Payment Provider

Our payment provider is Stripe.
